Our Roots
Coming from a background that genuinely embodied R&B culture, the norms of R&B vibes were second nature.
After society evolved to embrace various forms of entertainment and music, the real spirit of R&B was harder to find. It is simple, we love R&B and believe that real people, with real stories, real emotion and real soul can bring back those vibes. Not in the same sense, but in a modern day evolved form.
Why Tech?
Rhythm & Syntax is shaped by exploration, exchange, and thoughtful collaboration. As the company evolves, we intend to create intentional opportunities for people to contribute their perspectives while preserving the integrity and authorship of the Rhythm & Syntax vision.
Open source adjacent but respectfully.
Why Movement?
Movement is fun and can be completely left up to our making of it. We can use movement to get fit, to rest, to play, to defend, to invite, to express desire, to release, to challenge and to gauge our own abilities. Movement is what you decide it to be.
